Q: What courier do you use for shipping?

A: Bernard's Jewelers preferred shipping carrier is UPS (United Parcel Service). For post office box addresses and items requiring registered mail, we will ship by the United States Postal Service.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

A: We'll advise you of the charge at the time you place your order on the telephone.

Q: What about insurance?

A: Your purchase will be insured for full value with the courier.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Depending on what item you purchase, you may expect to receive your order within 2-7 days.

Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?

A: Should you need expedited shipping, we would be happy to arrange for faster delivery if it is available at the time of your order; extra charges may apply. Please give us a call if you need faster shipping.
