Returns and Exchanges

Our Policy

We value our customers and we want you to be happy with your purchases from Bernard's Jewelers.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions: (1) the item must be in "like new" condition; (2) the item is returned to us within 90 days of purchase; and (3) you have the original sales receipt. In alternative circumstances, we may issue you a Bernard's gift card for remuneration. If the item is engraved, eligibility for return or exchange is at the manager's discretion.

Gifts
